When will I get my order?

The time to fulfill an order is estimated at 2-5 business days. The fulfillment company we use ships 50% of orders within 3 business days or fewer.

Shipping time also needs to be added to this. There is an estimate of when you should receive your order on each product page.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. The production process starts as soon as you complete the payment for your order. Factors that affect when you receive your order include which production site it is being shipped from and whether you have chosen standard or express delivery.

Can I choose where my products are fulfilled?

It is not possible to choose a specific fulfillment centre for your order. Picking the best centre for your order allows the fulfillment company to ensure that the shipping process runs smoothly.

Orders are routed using an advanced algorithm, taking into account the customer's address, where the product is available, as well as other considerations. The algorithm chooses the closest fulfillment centre to your address 99% of the time, but on rare occasions—usually if a product is unavailable—it will be routed to another location.

    Will I be charged customs for my order?

    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

    My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us by doing the following:


    ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
    ● Inquire at your local post office if they have your package.
    ● Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.


    Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at: sojuman@sojuman.co.uk with your order number.

    We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, which means your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

    How do I track my order?
